By focusing on lifestyle, education, and client empowerment, I can effectively coach individuals with IBS and other gut related issues while staying within the ethical boundaries of my coaching practice. MY JOURNEY

With over a decade of experience in integrative coaching, I have dedicated myself to specializing in gut health, food intolerances, and allergies. My credentials include extensive training in nutrition, gut health, intolerances, and a range of other health disciplines. Through this expertise, I have recognized the pivotal role gut health plays in overall wellbeing and its impact on preventing prevalent modern diseases such as diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular issues. Central to my approach is detoxification, a fundamental step in fostering optimal gut health.

Together, we set personalized goals to address the root causes of your gut issues starting with the Circle of Life model which will provide us with a global view of different aspects of your lifestyle. We provide questionnaires to assess your current state, followed by tailored coaching sessions. You’ll also receive educational resources like articles, and books to support your journey and empower informed decisions.

Guided by the Gut Restoration Success Map, our journey includes four key phases: Remove, Replace, Repopulate, and Repair.

Remove – Eliminate harmful substances such as toxins, allergens, and irritants that disrupt gut health.

Replace – Reintroduce vital digestive elements like enzymes and stomach acid to support optimal digestion.

Repopulate – Restore a healthy balance of gut flora by incorporating probiotics and prebiotics into your diet.
